Are your fragrances 100% authentic?
Yes, all Creed products sold on our official UK site are 100% genuine, sourced directly from our laboratory in Fontainebleau and bottled with the highest quality natural ingredients.
What are your shipping options within the UK?
We offer complimentary standard delivery on all orders over £50. For urgent requests, we provide a Next Day Delivery service for orders placed before 1pm Monday through Thursday.
Can I return a fragrance if I have opened it?
To maintain hygiene and quality standards, we can only accept returns on unopened products in their original cellophane packaging. We recommend using the complimentary sample included with your order to test the scent first.
Why does my new bottle smell slightly different from my previous one?
Creed uses a high concentration of natural infusions. Because harvests vary from year to year, subtle variations in scent (known as 'vintages') are a hallmark of our artisanal hand-blending process.
