Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized Royal Mail location, ensuring you obtain a proof of postage receipt for your records.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once received at our London warehouse, our specialists will inspect the seal and condition of the fragrance. Approved returns will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
